Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate all projects. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers initial consultation and planning.
  • Cancellation Before Project Commencement: If you choose to cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellation After Project Commencement: If you cancel the project after work has started, you will be responsible for payment covering the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This amount will be determined based on the percentage of the project completed and any expenses incurred.
  • Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as much as possible. To ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Notice Period: Clients may cancel or reschedule their project or service appointment by providing at least 7 business days’ notice prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 7 business days’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost. This fee compensates for time allocated and resources committed to your project.
  • No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled meeting or failure to provide necessary information to commence the project without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the project deposit and may require payment in full before rescheduling.

Fulfillment Policy
